logitech hissing help

hi.

i had this speaker for a couple months. logitech z5500
but didnt get to use it untill now.

the speaker seem to have a hissing sound to it.
when its turned on.

i tried unplugging from computer.

testing on another computer.

testing on another sound card.

still hissing sound even when i turn the volume all the way down.

the hissing sometime is loud and sometimes its soft. but i can still hear it.

should i rma it?
do you think ill get the new speakers from logitech?
 
yes they will send you a new pair... My z-680's was having problems too so I rma's it.. well not really.. you jsut said we'll send you a set of z-5500 and UNDER one week later... it was at my doorstep :p
