How does the logitech G15 type? Is it okay for typing essays and documents? And if there is a better keyboard for this on the market, what is it?
 
I got the 1st gen before and it was awesome, only reason I sold it was I got a diNovo edge wireless KB for $50 @ BB clearance
 
The G15 has a great feel. Aside from some of the really expensive mechanical keyboards out there like the Das and Deck models, it's pretty much the best you can get if you prefer standard-sized keyboards to laptop-style keys.
 
I have a 1st generation, and I absolutely love it. I can type for hours with little to no finger fatigue. I particularly like the keys' speed responsiveness: It takes enough force that you feel a bit of feedback from the keys, but not enough to make it feel like 'work' to push down each individual button.

yeah I used on my PS3 before, didn't like the Idea of going wireless and having no backlight on my keys... but the clutter of having so much humongous keyboards is too much to ignore... once I switched I never looked back... MX Revolution mouse and DiNovo Edge is really nice combination...

She says she's loving it.
