Ive tried, lavalys everest, gpu-z and speedfan but not software is able to measure how much VRAM memory is being used?

As far as I know it's not a measured statistic on Radeons, it can only be done with Geforces, unless something changed with the 6 series.

I found out that latest GPU-z 0.5.5 measures VRAM also a AB beta also measure VRAM.

These, plus the latest version of Process Explorer. They found a way to measure VRAM usage through Vista and Windows 7's driver module for all graphics cards, and since this was only found very recently it's going to take some time for other tools to offer it.
