Locking threads?

I see people locking threads all over the place from AMD processors, to nvidia subforum and the only place I can is in FS/FT. Why is that? Is there an option for it? Do only special people have it? I obviously know mods do but do some others have it? Thanks.

Original Posters and Moderators can Lock the threads.

FS/Trade threads can be locked by the original poster, the rest are probably GenMay subscribers who have the perk of closing their own threads anywhere on the forum. The rest would be the moderators.

You don't need a CC for paypal.

Go open a savings account. You can do that on your own, can't ya!

Savings or Checking account. CC on paypal is only required for confirmed address, and thats only required if who your purchasing from requires a confirmed address for shipment to commence... (I had a bad dealing because of this "confirmed address" crap)

Well, if you think about it, the $5 a year thing can be even MORE helpful to the [H] I think that's what I'll do.
