Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
We have a shared user account that we want to only have access to a few PC's(so they can log onto these 4 or so PC's with this account and not other PC's). What suggestions do you guys have for doing this?
Shared accounts are a bad idea to begin with. If you are on a domain, why didn't you create the separate users and just give them same rights? Regardless in the Account tab of the user you click the "Log On To" button and then you setup which machines the account can login to.
I know I didnt set them up. But they are used in a lab and we have those accounts not locked down via USB port security like everyone else is. Changing the logins for the software will be a pain but is probably the best idea
