Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Sometimes you get lucky at CompUSSR, like they might have minor blemishes on the back or something, or are just on sale. But my friend got the Antec P160 at CompUSSR for 25 dollars. The back had a little dent that we fixed with a hammer, wasn't too bad. Just look for deals. Have you tried your yellow pages? Look for a little local computer store. And your saying local computer shops in Florida, to my knowledge Florida is a little big. Just try the yellow book.
Also, try your local computer shops, if you're looking for a cheap case to use for modding.
When I was looking for parts/systems to send over to Afghanistan (to help the troops over there out.....remember back a couple months ago?), I checked with one of the local computer repair shops. Once I told them I really only needed a couple atx cases, they took me into their back room, and had a big ol' shelf set up there, with a bunch of dead (or beyond economical repair) systems. They picked a couple out, pulled the cpu's & heatsink/fans for the cpu's, and gave me the rest.
