Does anyone have any experience with a local AI model that can do image restoration? I have some old (and some very old) family photos that I want to digitize and restore as best I can. I've used CoPilot and ChatGPT but I have a lot of photos to go through and am looking for a local model that can do the same. Not looking for any technical reasoning, chatbot, weather, etc., just one that's strictly taking my prompt and applying it to the photo. Things like "restore the image, remove water damage, fix ripped area, do not add anything or change anything in the photo that wasn't there before just restore the image".
I have a 16GB VRAM 4070Ti Super, so if it fits in there, great. If not, I've got that plus 32GB DDR5 RAM if it needs to offload (and I know it'll be much, much slower... Ollama didn't recognize the GPU at first so very slow in comparison!). Just want to get it done without using the cloud LLM's.
