Live 24-bit vs. Chaintech AV-710?

I must of been living under a rock but I just found out Creative had an actual 24-bit card that was not the Audigy 2/XF. And I hope this is not "24-bit" like the Audigy 1 which caused Creative to eventually get sued for false advertising.

How does this card stack up to the Chaintech AV-710?

I'm sure the Chaintech drivers are less bloated but other than does the Live! have anything the AV-710 doesn't? FWIW I'll be using the optical out directly to my HT receiver.
