little help with overclock?

i just got my new parts in,, mobo, proc, and memory
i used to have opteron proc,, so the overclocking in the bios is a little different that the intel
is there a step by step guide out there that may be able to help me with the bios settings in the extreme tweaker part of the asus extreme striker board,, im not sure on how all the settings are, for example,, the linked and unlinked mode,, the 1066 default on FSB,, not used to that and how the multiplier works with it
any help would be appreciated

Following link is NOT directly matching with your motherboard, however, I found myself fond of reading through it for sake of getting glimpse of OC on Intel. As you see from my sig, I also migrated (all use both) from AMD to Intel for this time.

Could someone tell me if my temps and voltages look normal?

May I see your rig in picture?

It seems alright except CPU temp (67C)..
I think zalman 9700 can do better than that...
