I'm helping a friend putting a new system together.
So far I came up with this config:

Intel E8400
4 Gb Crusial Ballistix Tracer PC8500
Asus P5E-VM HDMI
EVGA GeForce GTX 260
Samsung SpinPoint T166 500GB SATA2 16MB 7200RPM
Samsung DVD-burner SH-S203 SATA
Silverstone PSU ST60F-GM 600W, with PP03 short cable set
Creative SB X-Fi XtremeGamer
Silverstone Nitrogon NT06 or NT06-E
Silverstone SST-SG03B

Maybe changing the fans to Nanoxia.

My questions are:
1. Will the GeForce GTX 260 fit inside the SG03?
2. Should I go for the NT06-E? and will either NT06's be enougt cooling for the E8400?

Any constructiv critic are welcome ;)

First to answer your questions.

1. yes the gtx260 should fit.
2. The NT-06E should be fine, you probably should consider mounting a fan underneath it blowing up.

If I were spending the money, I would ditch the gtx260 and go for a HD4870. Save $100 and its just as fast if not faster in most cases.

As for the RAM, I would avoid the crucial ballistix, especially if its 4x1GB. Look at the GSkill 2x2GB PC8000 kit.

For the hard drive look at the WD 640GB model.

While I am at it I would get a Q6600 over the E8400 and overclock that sumbeaytch.

For the PSU, I would consider the ST50EF SC PSU. Its a little bit smaller than the ST60F, though not modular the cables are really nice and easy to work with. I had both PSUs and I ditched the ST60F for that reason.

The onboard audio is pretty decent on this board, I would pass on getting the sound card and maybe add a second hard drive.
