Lithium Ion Battery

I just got a new phone wich is a Samsung MM-A700. it has a Lithium Ion Battery. Can u charge this type of battery any time u want. Is it best to drain the battery then charge it? Or is it ok just to have it on the charger anytime im not using it?
 
don't know why you would ask this on a computer forum, but my best answer is that lithium-ions can be charged all the time with no side effects, but when you first get it (which has already passed) it's best to turn off the phone and fully charge it before use, after that it doesn't matter. Also is it a phone with a cool color lcd screen and camera, all that jazz? If so you have to make sure to either charge it while off or leave it open (assuming it's a flip phone) as if not the screen could be burned.
 
thanxs, i had nowhere else to ask. and i knew some people knew about these things on here. when i got it(today). i turned it on just to make sure it worked, only for about a minute. then i turned the phone off and completely charged it. Also i think of this phone as a mini-computer:DLOL
