Liteon SSD?

I'm receiving a Dell SSD (DPN: K11MF) to replace my SSD as part of a dell Part Dispatch warranty issue.
It appears that the Dell drive is an OEM LiteOn SSD.

What I've found:
LiteOn model: LCT-128M3S
Controller: Marvel 88SS9174
SATA: 3gb/s

Does anyone have experience with this or other lite-on ssds?

It's basically a Plextor M3S

Not sure why the Dell spec says 3Gbps as the M3S is a 6Gbps drive....
