Ok i got linux running nicely, specifically xebian. I got the machine folding. Now how do i get it to autostart folding when it boots and prolly autostart x0rfb server as well so i can VNC in?

i guess it took me a little while to realize i had a small untapped folding resource in my xbox
 
Sorry, didn't see this one. I'm not familliar with that distro but on a Red Hat system you'd put the command in /etc/rc.d/rc.local, something like:

cd /folding/install/directory
./FAH4Console-LInux.exe -advmethods -forceasm -forceSSE > /dev/null &

and on a SuSE system you'd do the same thing in /etc/init.d/boot.local

I've never even played an Xbox so I'm no help there. Good luck.
