Linksys WRT54GL or TP-Link TL-WA901ND Advanced

I am to buy a new neutral router.

I am fan of Linksys WRT54GL, but I see the TP-Link TL-WA901ND Advanced.

I would like to repeat a signal of WIFI with the firmware DD-WRT.

I think that Linksys was the best a few years ago, but... now?

Correct me if I am wrong, but the TP-Link TL-WA901ND is an accesspoint only. I have one. It has no router functions out of the box. Not sure if it could route with alternative firmware though.

Do you want a router w/ wireless capability, or an accesspoint only?
