ok, there are a number of things that could be causing this problem so i'm not even sure if this is the right forum

nvidia 4200gt or something like that with the latest drivers....when i play a burned dvd (back up of my own dvd) on fullscreen mode on my dell 15" flat panel, there are lines running horizontally through the screen.

video card? monitor? dvd player? dvd? media? optical drive?

it could easily be the media... but i really can't say. maybe you could post a screenshot?

well it doens't only happen on burnt movies, it does it on the original too.

video card is the stock card from dell and it's two years old.

drivers maybe?
