Line Input not working?

I just got a Sound Blaster xfi titanium pci express sound card

Well I cant seem to get the line in audio working. Its probably something simple but I cannot seem to figure it out.

I am running Vista x64
Have the latest drivers.

Make sure it's not muted in the sound mixer.
