Line Conditioner Question

If I have a line conditioner connected to my PC, do I also need a surge protector? If it matters the model is a Tripp Lite LC2400, also I was wondering if anyone knew if this was a good product or not.

No. The large transformer in the AVR actually works better than an MOV.
