I just set up my new dell u3011...it's a beaut....

I'm now looking to upgrade my video card as its not going to be able to handle the likes of 2560x1600 gaming with everything on for anything much more than a few dated titles I'm thinking. It doesn't like CoD:BO that's for sure.

I know my PS is on the weaker side, so I think I'm just going to splurge an spend the money on a PS that I will not have to worry about replacing anytime soon...say something like this guy

Of course I'm open to suggestions from anyone, hence the post :rolleyes:

My initial thoughts are to wait until the 590 is released? See what it can do?

The whole idea is I have this one 30" monitor and want to game at native resolution on just about anything for a while...also if anyone has any other suggestions or comments on this upgrade-cycle fire away, I built this rig 2 years ago on the guidance of this forum and I've been nothing but pleased!

Are you set on a single card solution, or would SLI/Crossfire be an option for you?

Good choice on the PSU. Can't really go wrong with that one.

I figured I wouldn't get a lot of argument on the PSU.

I'm open to SLI/Crossfire.
