my friends computer, well, his house, got struck by lighting a week ago. the computer wont turn off, not satanic "the wire unplugged and it says stuff in aramic about the 2nd coming", but it just restart if he

turns it off using the power button

got any fixes
 
Check the 'Power Options' in the control pannel. Go to 'Advanced' and select what shut down or whatever. If this doesn't work, well, something is fried.
