Liberty or HX?

I need to pick up a new PSU but I am having trouble pulling the trigger. Currently, I think I am down to either the Corsair HX 620w or the Enermax Liberty 620w. What would you go with given the two? Or is there a better modular PSU at or near the same price point? I am looking at ~$150 but could probably go up to ~$200 (but would rather not).

150gb WD Raptor
320gb WD
2 Optical DVD drives
4 case fans (2x 120mm, 2x 90mm)
