My MSI 680 Lightning is too tall at the edge of the PCI slot for that PSU placement. You would need a stock proportion card with no overhang in towards the PSU in that case.

My 480 fit without issues, and with additional room in the V354. The stock 480 came with pipes also.
 
I like the compactness of this design style but it bothers me that the PSU needs to be in front and overhanging the motherboard in order to achieve this.

I'm curious how feasible a removable motherboard tray (think caselabs) would be, allowing the PSU to then be BEHIND the motherboard tray entirely...
 
I am very interested in the PC-V700 because it is small ATX. This is even smaller? Then I am more interested in this case.
 
Very surprising...the looks are deceiving vs the actual size.
Roughly 19"x17"x12"? I would have thought it was smaller than that.
