Why not?
It would just protrude "above" motherboard but not being able to fit CPU heatsink shouldn't be problem then.
And you would have to make holes by yourself. (no ready top covers like for A70)

I'm not sure if the rad fits between the top and the Mobo..
The holes will be made in CNC
 
At least 25mm thick radiator would fit completely above motherboard.
Have you tried asking Lian Li how much there's space in there?
 
why not remove the first hard drive rack and put 120m rad with with the front 120 m fan.
 
Yeah, the easiest way is to buy a rad grill, get a dremel and you're done.
If i remember correctly there's 55 mm to work with.
Another option is to buy a koolance rad shroud. A bit more money than a rad grill, and it probably doesn't look as nice, but you're able to put any one of the thicker rads.

You might even get away with a quad rad. But that will be pushing it.
