I bought a PC-X900 almost a year ago.
I have been trying to contact them, off an on
for awhile now with a concern.
There used to be a contact for a "George",
then there was a woman's name posted on the
forum. Both of those email addresses bounce. Earlier
in the year I got some "mailbox full" bounces for some other
addresses I was given.

Also, several times I have tried to send email through
the Lian Li website, using their poorly designed pulldowns,
selecting USA, tech, and sending a message. Each time, I
get an undeliverable message:

"Reporting-MTA: dns; ms1.mywebserv.com Original-Recipient: rfc822;
<[email protected]> Final-Recipient: LOCAL;<[email protected]>
Action: failed Status: 5.0.0"

These people make fine cases, and I have purchased them for a long time,
but, is their USA or other support totally non-existent, or is this a deliberate
effort to not support their products after a sale?

I realize that Lian Li replacement parts are available from 3rd party vendors, but
I am stunned that the manufacturer of any product simply can not be contacted
by any conventional method. The difference between Lian Li and a company like
Antec is like night and day. If you have an Antec issue, you call and are immediately
assisted. It is unfortunate that Antec has few cases that suit my needs.

Has anyone had similar or different experience regarding Lian Li support (or lack
thereof, or its total non-existence)?
Having been fool enough to purchase a far-overpriced PC-X900, you would think
that I could find someone in the world that would return an email inquiry.

Not surprised since you're dealing with a relatively small company based in Asia. If you run into an issue with one of their cases the retailer would be my first avenue of support, not Lian Li.

That being said I've owned my fair share of Lian Li cases overs the years (PC-60, V1000, A05n, C34) and haven't had a need to contact them yet.

There are no longer public contacts for Lian Li directly.

They have changed their email server, shut down their forums, and no longer have direct contact forms on their website.

If you have an issue, you'll have to take it up with the place you bought it or deal with the issue yourself.

You can try contacting Hampton Tech in WA state. They are the US importer that provides cases to Newegg, Performance PCs, etc....

What is the issue? I have the same case...

If you are still within your warranty, then why can you not contact them? I find it saddening that Lian Li has no Contact info for buyers. If that's the case, I will not buy from them again.
