I have a friend that has been after me to sell him my CM Stacker Evo ever since I bought it. I have ignored him up until now, but I am starting to feel the itch for a new case. I am strongly considering Lian Li but I am not sure which model. I would like it to be comparable to the Stacker in size (full tower), cooling capability, slide out MB tray, accommodate longer PSU and have casters. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Lian Lis don't have tray with expansion card slots, only removable motherboard's back plate... but their full towers have plenty of working space inside. (unlike Antec Stacker copies) And only Lian Lis which feature wheels as default are V-serie models, like V2010/2110. (models with additional 1 in number instead of 0 have door)

(you can use only four or max five 5.25" bays because using them all blocks intake of upper chamber)

Apparently separate wheels could be added to other full towers. At least bottom of A71 has various holes some which might be made for those and in any case modding for other casters shouldn't be hard.

For Stacker-like all 5.25" design there's noisewise similarly leaky A77.

From more "traditional" designs there's good old A70/71 whose design is more silencing friendly.

Especially A71 becomes noise wise very good after adding damping mats. (I'm currently building PC to one after Stacker STC-T01)
Newer and more expensive A7010/7110 models have noisewise lot worser plastic quickswap HDD trays with SATA backplane instead of individual soft mounting.

For additional expansion/graphic card cooling these full towers can take BS-03 or BS-06 "PCI cooling kit" which draws air (and heat) out from between cards lessening also their heating effect to other components.

I haven't yet put parts in but of course I've tested fans etc (and changed them to quiet ones) and BS-03 blows some air out even at low speed (700-800rpm) so with higher speed fan it should be able to exhaust quite much heat.

That X2000 is new complex and peculiar triple chamber design with less HDD bays (six) and very little side pointed 5.25" bays (two) and probably lot to do in cabling.
