Does anyone out there make replacement PSU plates for the PC-7* series cases that has a 120mm fan slot up top rather than 2x80's? The only one I've found is for the PC-6*'s.

Why don't you try to make one ? :)
I'm thinking the same thing, I know a few places that sell the PSU plate but not the dual fan one, I haven't seen them around.

www.onlinemetals.com

thats where i got my 1 square foot sheet of .080" 6061 T6 Aluminum i used to make my dual power supply plate for my PC70->75....
it took me about 6-8 hours of dremeling and $20 in metal... but i also got to make myself a custom cpu waterblock mounting bracket with the left over scrap for my LGA board that wasent manuf'ed when i purchased my LGA...

it shouldent take you much more than 4-5 hours to get a nice dremel job done on some 080 aluminum if ur just gona put a 120mm hole up top...

I just use some left over acrylic I had laying around to do mine for my 120mm rad.
I am really happy with the final result though, that was just one of my work pics. If I could find my damn camera I could snap a nice one :)
