Lian Li power button problems...

I have the Lian Li V 1000 B Plus II with a DFI Lanparty NF4 UT board and an Enermax Liberty 500 powersupply. The powerbutton on the Lian Li will work if I shut the computer down through windows, but if I hard shutdown using the power button it doesn't power back up when I press the button. I have to either pull the plug, or use the switch on the back of the PS for the button to work again.

Anyone know whats up with this?
