Lian Li PC80 owners, door problem.

Following the really basic and vague instructions on the manual on how to swap the doors from opening to the right instead of the stock opening to the left i managed to come across this annoying little problem.. When the door is that close to closing the bottom part of the door touches the front base and i even made a deep scratch on the front base i tried to redo the steps and no avail.. any advice/tips from the people who own the same case?
