Anyone running a dual loop with one of these bad boys? I'm about to build a rig, but before I spend $200 on a case, I want to make sure it will fit in here first.

Sounds as though you're talking about watercooling which means you should have posted this in the watercooling forum... but...
two, three, even four loops will fit inside a Lian-Li v-1200 depending on the parts you're using, what size radiators, where you're placing the radiators, how large the pumps are, what kind (if any) res, what size tubing, how many free front bays will you have, etc.
You need to be a little more specific. If you're using 1.80 radiators you can load the hell out of it. If you're trying to fit 3.120 radiators you're going to be more pressed for space.
