Missing Remote has just posted its review of the Lian Li PC-Q25 chassis this afternoon. If you are building a HTPC, this review will definitely be of interest.

As a small form factor case there are always trade-offs to be made, and the omission of an optical drive space is just one of them. With some very attractive features in a small form factor cube-like chassis, the Lian Li PC-Q25 has a lot to offer a variety of consumers, which we will examine closer.

I have this chassis and it's REALLY NICE. Doesn't make a lot of sense for a a heavy duty workstation (can't use an extended length/high powered power supply, no external bays for optical drives), but it makes the perfect chassis for a small server. The PC-Q08 is a better choice there (and can take a much larger PS AND a full length video card).

Mine is a Windows Home Server 2011 box with an Asus EM35-I Itx board (AMD E350 onboard, no active cooling), 8GB of RAM, 80GB Intel 320 SSD for the OS, and 4 2TB WD Green Drives that hold everything else. Idles < 40C, 55C on full load. Totally silent. Great little box.
