Got the case today and transferred all my parts. I'm not all that great with wiring, so you'll have to forgive my mess. It's also late and the lighting in my basement isn't great.







 
Nice case man, but you may want to invite me over for some cable management work.;)
 
how does that cooler work for ya? Thinking about getting one due to its nice price.
 
Where did you buy that case from? Does it have enough room behind the motherboard tray to route wires through it?
 
Got it from performance-pcs.com. it looks like there's enough room behind the motherboard tray for wires, but there aren't any holes.
 
Ah, ok. Planning to buy one of these guys and dremel out some holes to route behind the motherboard. Thanks for the link.
 
I have this case too. It have 3 problems, but i like it anyway :
1) bad stock cooling - noisy as hell, even with voltage lowered
2) cable management - no possibility to route cables behind motherboard desk (no holes)
3) it have tendency to amplify vibrations from CPU fan (Noctua) - solved by placing the external DVD burner on it :-D

This is how it looked when i assembled it (with stock intake and outtake fans - Nexus fans were on the way, photo shot at night with not so good light conditions) :

I agree with your first point. the second could be resolved by cutting your own, but I'm not that intrepid. Not sure your third applies to me.

I'm considering new fans. these are a bit loud.
 
Anyone else have this case as well? Looking at the current pictures provided, it unfortunately seems that due to the hard drive rack, the case would not be able to accommodate an 8800gtx, let alone an 8800gts. :(
 
My case fits 3870 with Accelero S1 without any problems, and i have disk ports facing towards motherboard. Don't know how much longer are 8800GTX and Ultra, but you can gain 2-3 centimeters by rotating disk tray by 90 degrees, thus disks will face towards one of sides. In any case, the drive rack is removable and you can replace it by using the EX-23, EX-33 or EX-34 drive bay in 5.25 inch positions. In this last case you can use virtually any card as ther ewill be a plenty of space.

8800 GTS fit in this case just fine without hitting the Hard Drive Case.
