hi to all

new member today... i start to read this forum yesterday... :D

anyone make a setup with the Lian-Li PC A01 case?

i'm planning to put inside:

ASUS P5Q-EM
Q8200 2.33 Ghz
CORSAIR 4GB (2x2GB)

without video card
[i think that G45 chipset will work fine...]
maybe later i will put one 8800GS or similar if i need better video, but to start i want to see how much can make the Intel GMA X4500HD onboard video chipset

without DVD
[i'm planning to quit the cover that fits the optical drive and leave without...]
this i think that will improve air cooling in the whole motherboard and leave space for a good CPU heatsink

any ideas?
i.e which heatsink?

i would like to see images of the case with things inside... :D

the first post that i start to read in this forum was the Lian li 350... there i saw really a very good proyect with water cooling and after the other with air cooling changing the backplate of the case [one imaginative solution...]... after see this i register in this forum... :D

now with this case you make another piece of art... congratulations!!!

really the G45 chipset will make me forget the video card?... i'm not a gamer... only need a multimedia PC [movies, surf internet, ...] a home theatre pc... [in your setup you use the ASUS with G35... is this good? i can save 50€ with the MoBo]

and which processor is better dual extreme or quad core?

another time congratulations, i'm impresive with your work!!!
 
thanks, just posted the link because you wanted to see pics from the inside...

i´m using the g35 Board together with an E5200 and had no broblems ... but i don´t have any hd players by now. as far as i know as far as i know the g35 chipset isn´t powerful enough for hd material. so if i had to build it now i would use the g45 chipset or the GeForce® 9300 chipset (xfx has a beautiful board).
