Here's a link for the 500 & 600w models http://www.coolerguys.com/lianlips.html

Anyone know if these are any good or if they are made by someone else?

The rubber padding on the fan blades is kinda weird lol.

It is most likely OEM PSU.
For example, OCZ doesn't make their PSU but instead they brand their name on OEM products to make it look like theirs.

If that's the case, they did a little more than simply toss their name on it.

Why is that? Looks identical to a Sirtec that is also being sold under the high power brand but with a dimpled fan like those Golf fans and a Lian-li sticker.

The dimpled fan is the thing that's more than just putting their name on it. :p

If it's anything like some of Sirtec's previous offerings, I'll pass.

Looks like another FSP Epsilon clone to me. OCZ and Zalman also make these, except they're not modular. They are very high quality PSUs.

What exactly does a dimpled fan do?

They reduce fan noise....or ar e supposed to. I don't have any inhand to see though.
