Lian Li Fan question

Okay I just got my Antec true 430 which has 2 dedicated molex's for "fan use only" My Lian-Li has 2 front and 1 rear fan (PC-7B, PC-78B on newegg.) The front 2 have 4 pin connectors while the rear has a 3 pin. This is all good, but the fronts also have and extra 4 pin female coming off the initial 4 pin male.
I dont want the extra 4 pin females, as I have no need for it. My MSI board supports 2 3pin fans (rear and CPU), and with the antec 430 supporting the front 2 I dont need these 4 pin females (well atleast I dont need 2).
What can I do to get rid of them? Or is there any reason I should keep them. If you want pics or anyother details just ask.

get a molex pin removal tool (radioshack), remove the pins, remove the extra connector you dont want, put pins back (IN THE RIGHT ORDER lol).
