ive got the fan controller they make with the lcd screen and it sucks. I hate how it makes my fans so loud even after i adjust the cpu temps. Do i have any other options then that one for 3.5 bay?
 
You might take a look at the Zalman ZM-MFC2, it's gotten some good reviews and I think looks very good.

Please elaborate.... It makes your fans "louder" even after you adjust your cpu temps? Hmm.... Which way are you adjusting what?

I'm totally guessing here, but I'd assume that you've got cheap fans that when given reduced voltage begin to make strange noises, is that correct?
