LG Develops 88-Inch 8K OLED Display

I love my 55" OLED, like to get one of these, but no matter what price it is, no room (well maybe I could mount it from the ceiling, my 55 is 4' away so that could be back a few more feet...still worry about hitting my head on it). By the time these are affordable perhaps some new better tech will be out (hey I my OLED is great...never go back...but I always want something better).

Just cut the diagonal in half. So an 88" 8k oled ~44 inch 4k oled. While an 80" 8k oled = 40" 4k oled.

I used to not give a shit about 8k, but now I want it to arrive, because when it does, lg can take the flawed 8k panels, and salvage the rest as smaller 4k oled panels for pc gaming. Time frame for this seems like it won't hit until late 2019 based on what I read.
