I was wondering if anybody has heard anything about this TV at all. It seems to be brand brand new. Can't find a review, blog, or anything about it.

It seems to be the cheapest TV/Display around that is 50", 3-D ready, and is also 1080p. I will probably jump on this if I hear some kind of user review about it. I have never bought anything near this big from an online store. Would it be shipped with like UPS freight? Also should i open the box and inspect the TV before I sign for the delivery.

I am up for suggestions for as well for a TV that is around the same price and specs.

LG plasmas typically have high black levels, high input lag and IR problems.

Be much better off with a low lag LCD like the Sharp 40" 820 in the 1000$ range.

Really want to stick with 50" or bigger. Sharp i really don't care for either. High input lag as in the sound through my surround system will be ahead of my TV picture? I have always read that plasmas have the best black levels. What do you mean IR problems?

Don't buy a pricier TV from Newegg, buy it from a retailer with a better return policy + TV selling reputation, Amazon would be one of them.

AVS forums is where most north americans go for TV opinions and info: http://www.avsforum.com/avs-vb/forumdisplay.php?f=9

All of which are overstated since 2009/2010 with the possible exception of input lag, at least with the LG models/revisions in north america, can't speak for the euro or asian models however. The 2010 PJ350 720P still had some minor image retention (IR) but if i'm not mistaken it doesn't sound like the OP is interested in a 2010 720P model.
