Amazon has the Lexar NM600 M.2 2280 NVMe 480GB Solid-State Drive (LNM600-480RBNA) for $72.

Also there is a Lexar NS100 2.5” SATA III (6Gb/s) Solid-State Drive 480GB for $45.

Basically a HP EX900 - DRAM-less SM2263XT (HMB support) with 64L 3D TLC (Micron). As on my spreadsheet. NS100 is also on there - DRAM-less Marvell 88NV1120 (2-channel) with 64L 3D TLC from Micron. The NS100 shares hardware with the HP S600 which...does not bench well based on reviews. The 88NV1120 is an embedded controller so is definitely not intended for anything heavy-duty.
