Lenovo x1 carbon mega problem

Windows 8 professional and it freezes like hell, HDD activity light is on when it does it and when the light starts flickering again the pc unlocks.

I cant seem to get the bcedit command to work it just says it cant recognise the command, i tired installing HyperV and got no improvement. How the hell do i get BC edit to work i even went into system settings and changed Path variable to the directory system32 and it still canf find it

This is an example of the warnings i get in

Have you updated to 8.1 yet? Also, try downloading the latest driver packages from Lenovo.

i updated the SSD firmware it was an intel M2 card, and it fixed the problem 100 percent.
