What is the difference and which should I use? This BIOS setting is named "PCI ROM Priority". Does this have to do with PCI cards? I am told it has to do with storage controllers?

PCI Rom Priority is explained @ [H] review here. From what I take from that, it has to do with add-on cards that have option roms (like RAID cards). The priority will allow you to choose whether legacy roms or EFI compatible roms take priority if you have both efi and legacy option rom enabled devices.
On a side note for someone else to answer, is there a limitation to the types of option roms you can have if a system is in EFI?
