Hi, I have this headlight, battery and charger but i can't charge it.
When I connect it to 220v then the headlight works and lights up and there is a constant green light, the problem is that it does not charge. As soon as I remove the power it no longer works.
Would I need another charger for that battery? I bought it all on ebay, the headlight works but I don't know why it doesn't charge.
Here's a picture of what it's all about.

Charge IC could be damaged. Measure the battery voltage out of the system with your multimeter (if you have one), it is possible that it may have drained too low that the charge ic won't allow a charge. 500mA is also pretty low for that, so you might want to get a better (higher current output) charger and try that. Also verify battery is in the correct way in regards to polarity. That is where I would start.

Thanks, i have another headlight and it wants to charge it,it works on it but on this samsung battery won't.
I also have some slightly more powerful charger for samsung cell phone so i will try with it, i don't have a multimeter.
The battery is in the correct position because it lights up(headlight) when I turn it on and when it is connected to 220V via the charger.
