I've got 2 red LED 80mm fans I wanna hook up, though whenever I do the lights pulse. I've used the fans on another board and the lights just stay on constantly. Im worried the fans pulsing will slowly kill my board. Intel D865GBF. Im also running a 350w PS.

Get yourself a 3-4 pin converter. Should either help you fix it, or let you know something is seriously bad with your PSU.
