led chaser need help

I need to know were i can buy the pcb all together. I have 8 little holes in mt side panle were a window used to go and i wanna get some of those screw in leds to fill them with. went with a smaller peice of plexi thats why the srew holes are there. any ideas can any of your build one i will pay for parts and labor, I want it to go 1 light after another nothing fancy kinda like the lights you see in an arcade game were ya hit the button to stop it from going in circles and whatever number it lands on is how many ticket you win.
