What color? I was thinking red but have been reading white is the best for long term usage. Do those of you with non-white lighting find it stressing to the eyes?
 
bias lighting should be as close to 6500K as possible, otherwise the light will affect the image quality of the set...you don't want to use red as that totally defeates the purpose of it
