Just about every LCD manufacturer announced LCD TVs with 120hz technology this past CES. And as for LED technology, Samsung will be releasing their 81 series (I think that's what they'll be called) LCDs with a LED back-light this sumer! It's also not a stretch to assume Sony will also have LEDs in their new XBR4 line this year, no way Samsung is beating them to it. :p

So, when will we see all this stuff in PC monitors? I'm talking about a 20-24" display with LED and 120Hz tech. This summer or fall? Even later...?

I hope later this year, but I wouldn't mind waiting till about this time next year until the prices get somewhere close to normal. Hopefully they won't be laggy due to the local dimming.

I don't know, but if they are going to go to 120Hz, I hope that means 8.5ms maximum switching time for each pixel, not just GTG or it's going to fall behind and cause ghosting as the pixels fail to change fast enough.
