Leave water cooled pc off?

I used to leave my pc on 24/7 but a few months ago started switching it off at night. How safe is it to have a watercooled pc for, I'm worried incase stuff will happen to the water ie growth, if the water isnt constantly moving.
 
You shouldn't have anything growing if you had a few drops of PTnuke, if your still paranoid, get some silver killcoils :D
