Folks,

This past Saturday, my LeadTek 7800 GTX My Vivo video card died on me.
I RMA'd the card back to LeadTek, the warranty on the card is 1 year from date of purchase which was 11/30/05.

My question is I did overclock the card with the manufacturer software provided, about 50mhz more than the stock settings. Does this jeapordize my ability to receive a free replacement from LeadTek?

Overclocking your card voids your warranty.

That being said, don't worry about it because unless you'd flashed the card with a custom bios for those extra 50mhz, there is no way for them to tell if you'd overclocked it. Even then I'm not sure if they'd notice....

No I didnt Flash the Video BIOS, only used the software provided.
Thanks for the replies folks, my mind is at ease now.

I also have a leadtek, and I know that in my support emails when I first got it they almost insisted that I need to push the card more...lol

If you're talking about winfox, then you're fine.
