I have been looking around, and if I am not ocing, should i get:
6800 ultra stock cooler card, or leadtek card?
i will be running in SLI, and i have seen temps on some systems of like 90C...
If i have 2x120mm fans, and a 92mm fan blowing onto the cards and proc, and using the a8n-sli with lots of space in it, will the standard cooler be enough to keep it below 65@ load? or will i need leadtek?
because, i am thinking that being ay 75/80c at load will not make a gpu last for 3 years (which is how long i have until next upgrade....)
thanks

actually, im sorry to tell you this... but leadtek is an awful company.

about 90 days ago 12 leadtek motherboards were purchased at my work so we could build some inexpensive workstations. as of last week, all 12 motherboards were dead because of blown capacitors.

their tech support has not even acknowledged that this particular board has problems, and will only offer an RMA. now why should i RMA these boards when TWELVE of them died under extremely light computer usage?

dont buy from leadtek. you are asking for trouble.

What a pity of you. I have no idea on Leadtek's mobo but their graphic lines are very good. Leadtek is one of the vid board famous brands.

From my experience leadtek isn't too hot either. I could never contact them and they never contacted me back about an RMA from one of my 6800s. Definitely would not buy anymore of their products. Just get an NV5 silencer, you'll have just as good, if not better cooling than the leadtek.
