Hi all -

Was wondering if anyone has had any experience in dealing with Leadtek. I bought my Leadtek Winfast A400 TDH at the end of August this year and it seems to be having some problems so I gotta try to get a warrenty return on it or something.

I sent in a form that I found on their website but lord only knows how long it'll be till/if I get a response.

If anyone has any ways that I can get help a bit faster less than calling them (seems they don't have a support line on their website) I'd be grateful. Hell..I'll call em if I gotta but I live in Canada and that international call would hurt.

BTW my Geforce 6800 128 meg is having a lot of artifacts and my games are freezing up randomly for 5 secs at a time thereabouts, and has recently started to lock up totally and have artifacts on screen. I don't o/c anything in my PC, I have a 450watt power supply (RaidMaxx), and have alot of cooling.

Here's my PC Specs :

MSI K8N Neo NForce 250Gb
AMD64 3000 + Retail fan
1 Gig OCZ PC 3200 ( OCZ4001024ELDC-K )
LeadTek Winfast A400 TDH GeForceFX 6800 128 meg
80 Gig Maxtor
RealTek Ethernet Adaptor (for networkin with laptop)
RaidMax 450 Wat Power Supply

Thanks all :D

I've read the specs on those raidmaxxes that it has some low ampages. Not sure what your exact req's are however. Are you overclocked on your GPU? Whats your temps? These are questions people smarter than me ned to know  If I was useless, free bump. Good luck

Temps are usually pretty low. No overclocking. And the problems have just started to occur within the past few weeks.
