leadtek a250 gf4 4600 pc wont boot

so i ordered from dumpinggoods.com a gf4 4200 64mb, and they send me a gf4 4600 128mb...so i was all happy n excited for their messup...untill i tried to put it into a system

i tried it @ work with several boards, p4pe2-x, p4p800s-x, p4b, and a p4pe-x, all those boards, and an OLD k6-2 board...none of them will post, or give error beeps, except the k62 sys and i figure thats cuz its so old it wont recognize the card....

but i cant get anything from this. and i tried diggin thru leadteks site for a RMA area, which i couldnt find...

anybody got any ideas on what couyld be the culprit?

the only other thing im thinking of doing is tonite when i get home, ill throw in the gf4 into my tyan board, and use a voodoo banshee pci to boot the system from, and if i can get into windows and it sees the card....at least its a start, and theres a bios update thats only run from within windows i believe, so i figure if i can get to windows, then ill flash the cards bios..but thats all i can think of, and i figure thats all the hope left eh?
 
well i put it into a co workers pc that has integrateds video on it...it wont even SEE the card in device manager, and i ran the bios update and it says that theres no bios update available....so i think imma have to try n RMA it or sen di tback
