Leadtek 6800 worth it?

Hello,
I live in Australia and the prices here are a rip off. One of the cheapest place sells a Leadtek 6800 for $460 AUD and im planning to get that card. Is it worth it and does anyone know of a retailer or online shop that ships to Australia and has low prices?
Btw would a Leadtek 6600GT extreme for $275 be better for its price or the BFG 6600GT OC for $375.

lol get a trip to america, go to Los Angles or Vegas and relax ur self and at the same time have order everything from newegg to your hotel. Or Sue ur local retail store for jacking up prices unfairly.

I agree with botd4u, lol, take a vacation to USA and get a cheaper card here.. But out of the ones you mentioned, a regular 6600GT (not the OC) would make more sense as it's cheaper and the difference is very very small. The 6800 is also a good card
 
Yeah the 6800 looks good but for 460...is it worth it?
I was planning on getting a regular 6600GT then save up and splash the cash on a 7800gtx.
Would that be better than getting a 6800 for 460?

fyi - the egg has the leadtek 6800GT pci-e for $324 now... not good for out of US buyers, but still a pretty good price for that card.
 
Beware leadtek brands are selling so cheap cause they got mobo compatability issues, it only works with mobo that has more than 1 slot clearence between the 2 16x pci-e lanes
 
hmmm... might be a problem... I thought it was no bigger than the 6800 ultra cooler, but looks like the back plate might cause issues... it might only work on the Asus SLI mobos because that back-plate does stick up pretty high...
